NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the Cornelius City Council on Monday August 3, 2020 at 7:00 PM via virtual online meeting (meeting information to be posted on the City of Cornelius website at www.ci.cornelius.or.us), to consider the following: Request: Approval to vacate a public storm sewer easement within the Council Creek Terrace preliminary plat as described within Exhibit ‘A’ of the submitted application packet. Applicant & Property Owner: East Council Creek Village, LLC. Location: 925 N 19th Ave, Cornelius, OR 97113. Map: 1N3 34CB TL#00100. Applicable Review Criteria: Chapters 18.10 & 18.15 (Application & Review Procedures); Chapter 18.147 (Street Vacations), Oregon Revised Statutes Sections 271.110-130. At the time and place listed above all persons will be given a reasonable opportunity to give testimony either for or against the proposal. Testimony may be either in oral or written form and must be relevant to the criteria listed above on which the proposal will be evaluated. In order for an issue to be considered for appeal, it must be raised before the close of the record of the public hearings. A copy of the application, all documents and evidence relied upon by the applicant and applicable criteria are available for review at the Community Development Department, 1300 S.
