NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CANBY The Canby Planning Commission will meet virtually on Monday, July 27, 2020, at 7 pm (with limited seating in the Council Chambers, 220 NE 2nd Ave) for a Public Hearing on the following land use applications ANN 20-01, ZC 20-01, SUB 20-01 Redwood Landing 2 Subdivision. Applicant proposes to annex a 16.5-foot wide strip of land located on the east side of N. Redwood and a portion of the N. Redwood Street right-of-way fronting property; to amend the zoning map to change the property’s zoning from Clackamas County RRFF-5 to City of Canby R-1.5, and to subdivide the property at 1260 N Redwood and 1268 N Redwood St into a 29 lot subdivision.
