NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING File Number: SDR03-2020 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: On August 5, 2020, the City of Molalla Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. to consider a Site Design Review application for construction of 37,000 sqft of new retail space on lots 1, 2 and 3 of Cascade Center Development located at 121 S Hezzie Lane. Lots 1 and 2 are designed for Grocery Outlet and Dollar Tree respectively and the use for Lot 3 has not yet been identified. The proposed development is located on tax lots 00700, 00800, 00801 and 00900 of Map 52E08C. Failure to raise an issue at the hearing, in person or by email/letter, or failure to provide statements or evidence sufficient to afford the Planning Commission an opportunity to respond to the issue precludes appeal to LUBA based on that issue. A copy of the application, all documents and evidence submitted by or on behalf of the applicant and applicable criteria are available for inspection at no cost and copies will be provided at a reasonable cost. A copy of the staff report will be available for inspection at no cost at least seven (7) days prior to the hearing. Copies shall be provided at a reasonable cost upon request. You may attend, offer testimony or seek information at the hearing. Any correspondence received in advance of the meeting will be forwarded to the hearing body. Written testimony will be received by the City of Molalla until the day of the hearing, and should be addressed or emailed to: Planning Specialist, Julie Larson, 117 N.
