PORT OF PORTLAND DOCUMENT AND INFORMATION LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT Responses Due: September 3, 2020 @ 3:00 PM REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL SOLICITATION NUMBER 2020-9068 Proposal for Document and Information Lifecycle Management will be electronically received by the Port of Portland through the Port’s online Business Opportunities Vendor Portal until the time indicated above, starting on July 30th, 2020. The Port of Portland (Port) is seeking to establish a contract with one or more Providers for Document and Information Lifecycle Management to help the Port and other public entities with products and services related to onsite and offsite destruction of documents and media, and the offsite storage and retrieval of documents, media and electronic data. Awarded Provider(s) must also provide regularly scheduled retrieval and delivery of stored materials, both paper and non-paper, to and from the Port. Qualified Providers are invited to submit proposals, based on the information provided in the RFP with the intent to establish a national cooperative business alliance with the Port of Portland and OMNIA Partners A non-mandatory pre-proposal call will be held 11 AM, August 17th,2020, via Microsoft Teams Meeting dial-in +1 832-856-4663 , Conference ID: 909 550 913#. Attendance is Optional. This meeting is intended to clarify the information provided in this Request for Proposal (RFP) and to provide an opportunity for interested parties to ask questions regarding the Port of Portland’s solicitation requirements and process. Questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted through the Port’s on-line Business Opportunities Vendor Portal.
