OREGON CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT OCHS PARKING LOT UPGRADES PROJECT Bids due: August 12, 2020 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION TO BID Oregon City School District (District) will be accepting sealed bids from all interested bidders for the Oregon City High School Parking Lot Upgrades Project (the Project) located in Oregon City, Oregon. Bid documents (including but not limited to the contract terms and conditions and drawings and specifications) will be available for examination on or about July 29, 2020 by emailing Laura Pedersen, Project Manager at Laura.Pedersen@orecity.k12.or.us: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on August 4, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. The pre-bid meeting will be held at the Oregon City School District Transportation Maintenance Facility (TMF), 14551 Meyers Rd., Oregon City, Oregon. Unless the District elects, in its sole discretion, to schedule additional pre-bid meetings, this pre-bid meeting will be the only opportunity for interested parties to receive a comprehensive overview of the Project and a guided tour of portions of the site and facilities that are part of the work. Information provided at this pre-bid meeting is not binding on the District unless it is incorporated into the bid documents by formal addenda. Bids will be opened publicly by the District on August 12, 2018, at 2:01 p.m. at the Oregon City School District Transportation Maintenance Facility (TMF), Oregon City, Oregon, 97045. However, the amounts of the bids will not be available for public inspection or read aloud until 4:01 p.m. (after the deadline for submission of first-tier subcontractor disclosures).
