The Appellants challenge the Planning Commission’s Findings relating to compliance with ORS 215.446 (2019 House Bill 2329) and Oregon Administrative Rules Chapter 635, Division 415, which implements ORS 496.012. LOCATION: The subject property is identified as a 654-acre parcel located at Township 15S, Range 15EWM, Tax Lots 2900 and 3000, Crook County, Oregon.
