PUBLIC NOTICE OF MACRD EXECUTIVE SESSION The Madras Aquatic Center Recreation District Board of Directors will hold an executive session at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 6, 2020. The executive session will be held pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(i), which permits the board to meet in executive session to review and evaluate the executive director’s employment related performance. To help limit the spread of COVID-19, the public may attend the special meeting (if applicable) via teleconference. The meetings will be available via Teleconference (audio only) by dialing 1-253-215-8782. Representatives of the news media and designated persons will be permitted to attend the executive session. All other persons will not be permitted to attend the executive session.
