Multiple colors as indicated on Drawings. Work in cooperation with a muralist who will be repainting the existing artwork designs on many parts of the building after repainting under this scope is complete. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid conference is scheduled for Monday, August 24, 2020 at 11:15 AM. This meeting will be a Google Meet virtual meeting. A MANDATORY Walkthrough is scheduled for Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at 1:00 PM. Meeting will be at the Walnut Park Complex located at 5329 NE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Portland, OR 97211.
