NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL ORDINANCE 2828 Hearing Date, Time, and Location: The Lake Oswego City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 1, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. Due to COVID-19 and Executive Orders issued by Governor Brown, city facilities are currently closed to the public. This meeting will be conducted virtually. Instructions on how to participate will be available on the City Council’s meeting webpage no later than six days prior to the hearing: https://www.ci.oswego.or.us/citycouncil/city-council-and- redevelopment-agency-meeting-4 Nature of Hearing The Lake Oswego City Council will hold a public hearing at the above date and time to consider Ordinance 2828: ORDINANCE 2828 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE OSWEGO AMENDING CHAPTER 42 OF THE LAKE OSWEGO CODE TO ADD REGULATIONS FOR THE USE OF THE PUBLIC PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY PORTION OF BLOCK 137, BORDERED BY FIRST AND SECOND STREETS, A AVENUE, AND EVERGREEN ROAD, LAKE OSWEGO Copies of this Ordinance will be available one week before the meeting in the City Recorder’s Office and will also be available on the City’s website.
