OREGON CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT OCHS PARKING LOT UPGRADES Proposals due: September 1, 2020 @ 10:00 am REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Notice is hereby given that Oregon City School District is seeking proposals from qualified providers to obtain competitive Offers from qualified Firms (Proposers) interested in providing OCHS Parking Lot Upgrades for Oregon City School District beginning September 16, 2020. Sealed proposals will be received by Wes Rogers, Director of Capital Projects at the Oregon City School District, Transportation Maintenance Facility (TMF), 14551 Meyers Rd, Oregon City, OR until 10:00AM, Tuesday September 1, 2020. Late proposals will not be accepted. A complete Request for Proposal (RFP) is available by emailing laura.pedersen@orecity.k12.or.us. An optional Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 10:00 AM on August 21, 2020 at the Oregon City Transportation Maintenance Facility (TMF) located at 14551 Meyers Rd., Oregon City, OR. Any Proposer must be licensed to provide services in the State of Oregon, must have current experience providing similar construction projects. Proposals will be publicly opened at Oregon City School District TMF, immediately after the filing deadline. Proposers who attend the opening will be informed only of the names of the proposers submitting proposals. No other information will be made available at this time. No proposal will be received or considered by the District unless the proposer contains a statement as to whether the proposer is a resident bidder. Oregon City School District 62 reserves the right to reject any or all proposals not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject any or all proposals upon a finding of the District if it is in the public interest to do so.
