CITY OF GRESHAM NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS & PUBLIC COMMENT 2019 CAPER 2019 & 2020 Action Plan Amendments The City of Gresham seeks comments on the 2019 CAPER and Substantial Amendments to the 2019 and 2020 Action Plans. 2019 CAPER: On October 10, 2020, the City of Gresham will submit its Performance Report for 2019-2020 to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The report details the use of Community Development Block Grant funds for the year. The City is interested to learn of your comments on the City’s past performance and your ideas for future projects. 2019 & 2020 Action Plan Amendments: The City of Gresham will present final draft amendments to the 2019 and 2020 Action Plans to Gresham City Council on October 20, 2020. Citizen’s views received will be considered during the preparation of the amendments to the 2019 and 2020 Action Plans. Comment Period: The comment period for the 2019 CAPER and the Substantial Amendments to the 2019 and 2020 Action Plans is September 8, 2020 through October 8, 2020. Your comments will be included if received at City Hall before October 9, 2020. How to Comment: Comments may be made in writing, addressed to the City of Gresham, Community Revitalization, Attn: Rachel Nehse, 1333 NW Eastman Parkway, Gresham OR 97030, by e-mail to Rachel.Nehse@GreshamOregon.gov, or by phone at (503) 618-2814. Comments may also be offered during the public meeting. Requests to give testimony must be made 24 hours in advance by registering for the meeting. The meeting is open to all members of the public.
