You are hereby required to appear and defend the complaint filed against you in the above entitled action within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this summons, and in case of your failure to appear and answer, plaintiff for want thereof will apply to the above entitled court for the relief prayed for in its complaint, to-wit: A. FIRST CLAIM FOR RELIEF: 1. For the principal sum of $17,211.52, plus late charges in the amount of $467.35, plus accrued interest through March 3, 2020, in the amount of $3,300.00, plus interest accruing on the principal amount at the contract rate of 12.50 percent per annum ($5.8944 per diem), from March 4, 2020, until the date judgment is entered; 2. For Plaintiff’s attorney fees, costs, and disbursements incurred herein; and 3. For interest on the sum of paragraphs A1 and A2 above at the contract rate of 12.50 percent per annum, from the date the judgment is entered, until paid in full. B. SECOND CLAIM FOR RELIEF: 1. For the principal sum of $1,042.70, plus accrued interest at the contract rate through July 30, 2019 in the sum of $32.26, plus accrued interest at the statutory rate of 9.00 percent per annum from July 31, 2019 through March 3, 2020 in the sum of $55.79, plus interest accruing on the principal balance at the statutory rate of 9.00 percent per annum ($0.26 per diem) from March 4, 2020, until the date judgment is entered; 2. For Plaintiff’s attorney fees, costs, and disbursements incurred herein; and 3. For interest on the sum of paragraphs B1 and B2 above at the statutory rate of 9.00 percent per annum, from the date the judgment is entered, until paid in full. C. THIRD CLAIM FOR RELIEF: 1. For the principal sum of $40,624.87, plus repair and storage fees in the sum of $20,000.00, plus late charges in the amount of $650.00, plus accrued interest through March 3, 2020, in the amount of $5,098.74, plus interest accruing on the principal amount at the contract rate of 8.590 percent per annum ($9.5608 per diem), from March 4, 2020, until the date judgment is entered; 2. For Plaintiff’s attorney fees, costs, and disbursements incurred herein; and 3. For interest on the sum of paragraphs C1 and C2 above at the contract rate of 8.590 percent per annum, from the date the judgment is entered, until paid in full. D. FOURTH CLAIM FOR RELIEF: 1. For the principal sum of $26,033.05, plus late charges in the amount of $377.12, plus accrued interest in the amount of $2,017.60 through March 3, 2020, plus interest accruing on the principal balance at the contract rate of 8.840 percent per annum ($6.3050 per diem) from March 4, 2020, until the date judgment is entered; 2. For Plaintiff’s attorney fees, costs, and disbursements incurred herein; and 3. For interest on the sum of paragraphs D1 and D2 above at the contract rate of 8.840 percent per annum, from the date the judgment is entered, until paid in full. E. FIFTH CLAIM FOR RELIEF: 1. For the recovery of the 2008 Mercedes E-Class Sedan, VIN WDBUF77X08B335608 (the Vehicle) by seizure and sale of the property through replevin; and, alternatively, for the value of the Vehicle if Defendant fails to surrender it; 2. For Plaintiff’s attorney fees, costs, and disbursements incurred herein; and 3. For interest on the sum of paragraphs E1 and E2 above at the contract rate of 8.840 percent per annum, from the date the judgment is entered, until paid in full. F. ALL CLAIMS FOR RELIEF: 1.
