WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON MOBILE E-CITATION SOLUTION Request for Information due: January 8, 2021 @ 2:00 pm LETTER OF INTENT (NO. 2020.117RFI) Washington County is seeking responses from firms that are interested in providing information for a mobile e-Citation solution. Information gathered because of this Request for Information (RFI) may assist the County in the construction of any potential solicitations and provide the County knowledge of available services or products in the market place. There shall be no monetary exchange or contract resulting from this RFI. The County, at its sole discretion, may request product demonstrations from any or all qualified respondents This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes; it does not constitute a solicitation. There will be an evaluation, but no scoring of the material submitted. No information received in response to this RFI will be returned. Responses to this notice are not an offer and cannot be accepted by the County to form a binding contract. All costs submitted with the RFI are for County budget planning purposes only and are not considered to be a bid. Vendors will not necessarily be notified the result of this RFI, or future solicitation opportunities. This Request for Information does not commit the County to pay any costs incurred by any respondent in the submission of a response or in making necessary studies or designs for the preparation thereof.
