Multnomah County Behavioral Health Resource Center Structural Upgrades & Full Interior Remodel Bids Due: January 26, 2021, 4:00 PM (Pacific) CALL FOR BIDS Project Description: The County recently purchased the existing 4 1/2 story, 24,000 square foot building, located at 333 SW Park Avenue in downtown Portland, and intends to renovate the building to support the critical service needs of the Multnomah County Behavioral Health Resource Center program. Mortenson is acting as the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) on this project. Additionally, the County purchased the adjacent parking lot to the north of the building, located at 810 SW Oak Street, and will develop this exterior space to support the program. This project will consist of structural upgrades and full interior remodel. Bid Documents Available: January 5, 2021 Bids Due: January 26, 2021, 4:00 pm (Pacific) Bid Package: Include but are not limited to the following scopes: Excavation and Backfill, Structural Concrete, Structural Steel and Miscellaneous Metals, Structural Carpentry, Interior Casework and Finish Carpentry, Stud Framing and Drywall, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical Bid Documents: Bidding Documents may be viewed and/or obtained electronically on Building Connected (www.buildingconnected.com) through a Bid Invitation issued by the Contractor. Any Bid received after the specified date and time will not be considered. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted via conference call on January 12th at 3:00pm (Pacific) for the purpose of answering any questions from prospective Bidders. Attendance is strongly encouraged. For those needing an in-person site visit, we will be scheduling appointments by request for Friday, January 15th. This is a public works project subject to the state BOLI prevailing rates of wage under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875.
