MULTNOMAH COUNTY, OREGON CM/GC SERVICES FOR MULTIPLE LIBRARY BOND FUNDED CAPITAL PROJECTS Multnomah County intends to secure services of a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for pre-construction services related to the design and construction of multiple library capital projects funded by the November 2020 bond. A public hearing for the purpose of taking comments on the County’s draft findings for an Exemption from the Competitive Bidding requirement will be held on January 21, 2021.
