PUBLIC NOTICE T-Mobile USA is proposing to modify an existing wireless telecommunications facility on an existing building located at 1411 SW 3rd Avenue, Portland, Multnomah County, OR 97201. The modifications will consist of the collocation of antennas at top heights of +/- 92 and 95 feet above ground level on the 114-foot-tall building.
