PUBLIC NOTICE T-Mobile USA is proposing to modify an existing wireless telecommunications facility on an existing building located at 8235 NE Airport Parkway, Portland, Multnomah County, OR. The modifications will consist of the removal and replacement of antennas at approximately 66 feet above ground level on the roof of the 66-foot-tall building, which is 68.8 feet tall measured to the top of the highest existing appurtenance.
