NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On Tuesday, December 15, 2020, the Gladstone Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider the 2020 Gladstone Housing Needs Analysis. The Planning Commission recommends approval to the City Council. The City Council will host the final hearing on February 23, 2021 beginning no earlier than 6:30 p.m. Per the Governor’s Executive Order 20-16, regarding compliance with Oregon’s public meeting laws, the City of Gladstone is abiding by social distancing requirements during the coronavirus pandemic. This public hearing will be conducted virtually using the ZOOM platform. Information regarding the public hearing will be posted on the City of Gladstone website at www.ci.gladstone.or.us on February 17, 2021. Failure to raise an issue in a hearing, in person or by letter, or failure to provide statements or evidence sufficient to afford the decision maker an opportunity to respond to the issue precludes appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals based on that issue.
