Legal Notice The South Clackamas Transportation District Board of Directors will hold a meeting at 7:00pm on Thursday January 28, 2021. The Board meeting will include but not be limited to: Public Comment, Board Meeting Minutes for October 22, 2020, Finance Report, ODOT Compliance Review Update, Administrative Report, and Executive Session. The executive session is being held pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(i), to review and evaluate the employment-related performance of the chief executive officer, a public officer, employee or staff member. Due to health concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the meeting will be held in a teleconference style format. The conference call number to listen to the meeting will be available after January 25, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. by calling the District Office at (503) 829-7000. Public comment will be limited to the public comment section of the meeting. The District encourages public comment to be submitted in writing, which will be read during the public comment section of the meeting.
