NOTICE OF JEFFERSON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION HEARINGS CASEFILES 20-CU-03 and 21-CU-01 The Jefferson County Planning Commission has scheduled two public hearings to take public testimony on proposed solar photovoltaic facilities in Jefferson County. Casefile 20-CU-03 is a request to receive a conditional use permit approval for developing a 17-acre ground mounted facility on a portion of property identified as T12, R12, S36, Tax Lot 500 at 10792 SW Green Drive in Culver. Casefile 21-CU-01 is a request to receive a conditional use permit approval for developing a 117-acre ground mounted facility on a portion of property identified as T13, R13, S00, Tax Lots 600 and 602 on SW Norris Lane in Culver. The hearings will be held on February 11, 2021, at 5:30 pm in the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners meeting room located at 66 SE D Street, Madras, OR. The failure to raise an issue by the close of the record at or following the final evidentiary hearing, in person or by letter, or failure to provide statements or evidence sufficient to afford the decision-maker an opportunity to respond to the issue precludes appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals based on that issue.
