No. 21CV-03469 Notice and Summons To: City of Prineville, a Home Rule City and Oregon Municipal Corporation, to all electors, freeholders, taxpayers, and other interested persons. NOTICE AND SUMMONS is given that a Petition has been filed in the above-entitled Court by the City of Prineville, an Oregon Municipal Corporation, for the purposes of a judicial examination and judgment of the Court as to the validity of the Prineville City Council in passing Resolution 1474: A Resolution Declaring Reasonable Precautions to Minimize the Spread and Exposure of the Coronavirus. Notice is served and given to all parties in interest by publication of this Notice and Summons for once a week for three (3) successive weeks in the Central Oregonian, a newspaper of general circulation published within Crook County and jurisdiction of the Court shall be completed within ten (10) days after the date of completing publication of the Notice and Summons. Notice is given that any interested person may at any time before the expiration of the ten (10) days appear before the Circuit Court and contest the validity of the actions and authority of the Prineville City Council as set forth in the Petition, and any of the action or things therein enumerated, by Answer to the Petition.
