The parcel is identified as Tax Lot 3327-3100 and is located at 8795 NE Worden Hill Rd, Dundee. This application was reviewed based on criteria in Sections 402.02(H) and 1101.02 of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance and ORS 215.452. Interested persons may appeal this decision by 5 p.m., March 4, 2021. An appeal must state the basis for the appeal and must be accompanied by a $250.00 fee.
