PUBLIC NOTICE AT&T Mobility, LLC is proposing to modify an existing wireless telecommunications facility on an existing water tank located at 5010 Southwest Sholls Ferry Road, Portland, Washington, OR 97225. The modifications will consist of installing three (3) RRH units not to exceed an overall height of 105 feet on the 94-foot tall water tank.
