Proposals will not be received in person or by US Mail. Project Description: The consultant will provide all labor, equipment, materials, and project management as required to collect, compile, report, present, facilitate public engagement, and refine district-wide enrollment and geographic student data to align with the altered grade configurations, building capacities, and equity goals as described in the request for proposal. There is no published estimated fee. Proposals will not be read aloud but will be considered to be public records. Interested consultants shall email minda@randcmanagement.com to obtain an emailed copy of the RFP. All questions shall be directed to scott@randcmanage ment.com by no later than March 30, 2021 end of business. A single addenda is planned to be issued no later than April 1, 2021 by end of business. Proposals will only be considered if they are in complete accordance with the instruction to proposers (included in the RFP documents). A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference for consultants interested in proposing on this project will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 24, 2021; the pre-proposal conference will be conducted via zoom.
