City of Lake Oswego NOTICE OF CONSIDERATION OF ORDINANCES 2863, 2864, 2865 AND 2867 The Lake Oswego City Council will consider Ordinances 2863, 2864, 2865 and 2867 at its regular meeting of Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at 5:30 pm. Due to COVID-19 and Executive Orders issued by Governor Brown, city facilities are currently closed to the public. This meeting will be held virtually and all members of the City Council are attending remotely. Several avenues are available to the public for viewing or participating remotely. The meeting can be livestreamed on the City’s YouTube Channel and on the City’s website (www.ci.oswego.or.us). The meeting will also be broadcast live on Tualatin Valley Community Television (tvctv.org). ORDINANCE 2863 An ordinance annexing to the City of Lake Oswego one parcel, consisting of 0.32 acres at 5136 Jean Road; declaring City of Lake Oswego zoning pursuant to LOC 50.01.004.5(a-c); and removing the territory from certain districts (AN 20-0010). ORDINANCE 2864 An ordinance annexing to the City of Lake Oswego one parcel, consisting of 0.72 acres at 19175 Pilkington Road; declaring City of Lake Oswego zoning pursuant to LOC 50.01.004.5(a-c); and removing the territory from certain districts (AN 20-0011). ORDINANCE 2865 An ordinance annexing to the City of Lake Oswego one parcel, consisting of 0.36 acres at 18225 65th Avenue; declaring City of Lake Oswego zoning pursuant to LOC 50.01.004.5(a-c); and removing the territory from certain districts (AN 20-0012). ORDINANCE 2867 An ordinance annexing to the City of Lake Oswego one parcel, consisting of 0.28 acres at 18366 Timbergrove Court; declaring City of Lake Oswego zoning pursuant to LOC 50.01.004.5(a-c); and removing the territory from certain districts (AN 20-0014).
