The real property is described as follows: Beginning at a point in the West line of the Northeast One Quarter of the Southeast One Quarter of Section 10, Township 18 South, Range 12 West, Willamette Meridian; said point bearing West 1327.12 feet and South 563.26 feet from the East One Quarter Corner of said Section 10; thence East for 526.33 feet more or less to the Western Right of Way Line South 39deg. 09′ 05 East for 16.42 feet more or less; thence leaving said Western Right of Way Line West for 536.74 feet more or less to said West line of said Northeast One Quarter of the Southeast One Quarter of Section 10
