PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING ESTACADA CEMETERY MAINTENANCE DISTRICT Notice is hereby given that the Budget Committee of the Estacada Cemetery Maintenance District, Clackamas County, State of Oregon, will hold a public meeting to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 will be held at the Estacada Funeral Homes, 110 W 1st Avenue, Estacada, Oregon. The meeting will take place on the 11th day of May, 2021 at 5:00 pm. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comments from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be obtained on or after May 7, 2021 by emailing ecmd1964@gmail.com. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may submit written testimony on the proposed budget in writing prior no later than 4pm on May 7th to discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
