PUBLIC NOTICE City of Troutdale Planning Commission – Regular Meeting Wednesday, May 12, 2021 — 7:00 p.m. Troutdale Police Community Center – Kellogg Room 234 SW Kendall Ct – Troutdale, OR 97060 A public hearing will be held at this meeting regarding the following applications: Case File # LU-0007-2021. The applicant is seeking a Type III Variance, Special Variance, and Site Development Review to install a 10-foot electric fence beyond the property’s existing 7-foot chain link fence, in order to prevent repeated theft. TDC 5.050.G states that no electrically charged fencing shall be constructed or maintained within City limits, and TDC 5.050.B.2 states that fences located in industrial zones shall not exceed 3 1/2 feet in height if located within a required front yard setback.
