A BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING FOR THE 2022-2023 BIENNIAL BUDGET

PUBLIC NOTICE A BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING FOR THE 2022-2023 BIENNIAL BUDGET AND PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER POSSIBLE USE OF STATE OF OREGON REVENUE SHARING FUNDS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2022. Notice is hereby given in compliance with ORS 294.401 that the first meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Prineville will be held on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 5:00 P.M. via video transmission and simultaneous broadcast on the City’s Facebook page. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on/or after May 20, 2021 online at cityofprineville.com. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place and will be streamed. Listed below is the time and place of an additional Budget Committee meeting that will be held to take public comment. The Budget Committee will also consider possible uses of State of Oregon Revenue Sharing Funds and will afford the citizens of The City of Prineville an opportunity to provide written and/or oral comments in regard to the use of these funds.
