PUBLIC NOTICE UPDATE City of Troutdale Planning Commission – Regular Meeting Wednesday, May 12, 2021 — 7:00 p.m. Troutdale Police Community Center – Kellogg Room 234 SW Kendall Ct – Troutdale, OR 97060 There has been an update to the agenda for this meeting since the first notice was published. A public hearing will be held at this meeting regarding the following applications: Case file 71-01 Housing Needs Analysis Adoption. This is a Type IV application to adopt the Housing Needs Analysis completed in 2019. The hearing for this item was originally scheduled for the April 28, 2021 meeting, however it has been rescheduled for this meeting. Case File # LU-0007-2021. The applicant is seeking a Type III Variance, Special Variance, and Site Development Review to install a 10-foot electric fence beyond the property’s existing 7-foot chain link fence, in order to prevent repeated theft. TDC 5.050.G states that no electrically charged fencing shall be constructed or maintained within City limits, and TDC 5.050.B.2 states that fences located in industrial zones shall not exceed 3 1/2 feet in height if located within a required front yard setback.
