NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING CITY OF HILLSBORO A teleconference public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Hillsboro, Washington County, State of Oregon, to discuss the proposed budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 will be held on Wednesday, May 12th, 2021 at 6:00 PM. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. Any person may submit written testimony in advance of the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. Deliberation of the budget Committee will take place. Meetings may conclude on May 12th if the Budget Committee takes action to approve the 2021-22 Proposed Budget. May 13th, 2021 Budget Committee Meeting, is scheduled as needed, and public testimony will not be received at that meeting. Meetings will conclude on any of these dates if the Budget Committee takes action to approve the 2021-22 Proposed Budget. During the public hearing, the Mayor will read down the list of those who pre-registered. When the Mayor calls out your name, you will have three minutes to speak.
