A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Forest Grove, Washington County, State of Oregon on May 18, 2021, at 6:00 p.m.

NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Forest Grove, Washington County, State of Oregon, will be conducted remotely by video conferencing on May 18, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message from the City Manager and to begin deliberation of the proposed budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022. The deliberations will include discussion of the use of State Revenue Sharing funds and receiving comment from the public on the proposed budget and use of State Revenue Sharing funds. The public may attend and observe in the Community Auditorium, 1915 Main Street, as space allows (no more than 10 persons total at one time). However, the public is encouraged to observe the meetings through Tualatin Valley Community Television (TVCTV) Government Access Programming LIVE on Channel 21. Comments may be submitted in writing by 3 pm on May 18, 2021, via email to bmaughan@forestgrove-or.gov or in person if attending the meeting in the Community Auditorium. A copy of the budget document may be inspected after May 11, 2021, on the City’s website at http://www.forestgrove-or.gov/finance/page/budgets or obtained after May 11, 2021, by contacting City Hall at 503-992-3234. Subsequent Budget Committee meeting is scheduled for May 25, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. also being conducted remotely by video conferencing with the same accommodations for the public as the first meeting.
