CITY OF LAKE OSWEGO LAKE OSWEGO, OREGON TENNIS CENTER RENOVATION ESTIMATE $1,000,000 Bids due: June 3, 2021 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION FOR BIDS WORK ORDER #296 Sealed Bids for Work Order #296 Tennis Center Renovation for the City of Lake Oswego will be received by the City’s Project Manager, Bruce Powers, at the Lake Oswego Parks & Recreation Office, 17525 Stafford Road, Lake Oswego, Oregon, 97034 until 2:00 p.m., local time, Bid Closing Time on Thursday, June 3, 2021, and then will be publicly opened and read. Bids will not be accepted after the Bid Closing. Bidders must submit a Bid security to the City along with their Bid in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of their Bid. SCOPE OF WORK: The Work consists of the the renovation and addition to the Lake Oswego Tennis Center. Project Substantial Completion shall be 244 calendar days from Notice to Proceed and Project Final Completion shall be 21 calendar days from Substantial Completion. The Contract will be for a Public Works/Public Improvement project subject to Oregon minimum wage rate requirements of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870 (and Federal minimum wage rate requirements of the Davis-Bacon Act – 40 U.S.C. 3141 to 3148). (Because the City’s estimate of contract value is $100,000 or greater, Bidders must submit a First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form, provided in the Bid Documents, to the City no later than 4:00 pm local time, on the date for receipt of Bids.)
