HEARING NOTICE The Dundee City Council will hold a public hearing on June 1, 2021, at 7 p.m. to evaluate the following proposal: Development Code amendments to revise the process, rules, and standards for short term vacation rentals, DMC 17.203.240, 17.202.020, 17.203.260, 17.401.010, and 17.501 as further provided in File No. LURA 20-16. The hearing will be held via Zoom. Information on how to attend the hearing will be posted by May 26, 2021 to the city’s website at www.dundeecity.org/ccmeetings. The decision is required to conform to the policies of the Dundee Comprehensive Plan and Oregon state law. Information regarding this proposal will be available on the City’s website at www.dundeecity.org or at Dundee City Hall, 620 SW Fifth Street, Dundee, OR 97115 one week prior to the hearing.
