11th Amendment to the Leveton Tax Increment Plan Public Hearing The Tualatin City Council will hold a public hearing and consider an ordinance for the adoption of the proposed amendment to the Leveton Tax Increment Plan. The adoption of the amendment does not increase property taxes. The maximum amount of indebtedness for the Leveton Tax Increment Plan is not increased by this amendment, and will remain at $36,424,338. The ordinance, if approved, is subject to referendum.
