The City of Wood Village is seeking a financial services firm to conduct a comprehensive water and sewer rate study, update an existing System Development Charge methodology, work with an engineering firm(s) hired by the City to develop new master plans for wastewater and water, including a Capital Improvement Plan; and develop a utility rate model for both utilities. This document has been published concurrently with two other Requests for Proposals: Consulting Engineering Services for Wood Village Water Master Plan and Requests for Proposals: Consulting Engineering Services for Wood Village Wastewater Master Plan.
