METRO PARKS AND NATURE GLENDOVEER WELL PROJECT Proposals due: October 14, 2021 @ 2:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP 3967 The Parks and Nature Department of Metro, a metropolitan service district organized under the laws of the State of Oregon and the Metro Charter, located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, is hereby requesting proposals for Glendoveer Well Project at the Glendoveer Golf Course located at 14015 NE Glisan St. Portland, OR 97230. Proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m., October 14, 2021, via the BidLocker website, link in RFP documents. A voluntary pre-bid conference for all potential prime contractors is scheduled on September 30, 2021, at 9:30 am. at Glendoveer Golf Course. Interested sub-contractors are also invited. The specific goal of this work is to remove the oil lubricated pump from the east side agricultural water well and replace it with a new modern water lubricated pump so that operation of the well continues normally and periodic pump maintenance and water testing can take place.
