COLUMBIA COUNTY Columbia County Energy Saving Performance Contracting Notice of Intent to Contract Through Permissive Cooperative Procurement Pursuant to ORS 279A.215, Columbia County hereby gives public notice of its intent to enter into a contract with Ameresco, Inc. for the delivery of an energy saving remodeling project for the John Gumm building along with related work on the Courthouse and Courthouse Annex. This contract will be entered through a cooperative procurement administrated by the City of Medford, Request for Proposals issued 3/19/2019.The estimated amount of Columbia County’s procurement over the life of the contract is $ 2,000,000.
