The parcel is identified as Tax Lot 3328-700 and is located 9380 NE Worden Hill Road, Newberg. This application was reviewed based on criteria in Sections 402.02(H) and 1101.02 of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance and ORS 215.452(1)(a). Interested persons may appeal this decision by 5 p.m., November 4, 2021. An appeal must state the basis for the appeal and must be accompanied by a $250.00 fee.
