A&E and Related Services for Hawthorne Bridge Approach Deck Rehabilitation SUMMARY: Multnomah County Transportation Department is seeking consultants to assess condition of approach, ramps, concrete decks and joints of the Hawthorne Bridge East approach ramps and to develop plans and specifications for overlay/rehabilitation to extend ramp life by 20 years.
