CITY OF LAKE OSWEGO LAKE OSWEGO, OREGON STEVENS MEADOW TRAILHEAD CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATE $250,000 Bids due: December 16, 2021 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION FOR BIDS WORK ORDER #291 Sealed Bids for Work Order #291, Stevens Meadow Trailhead Construction for the City of Lake Oswego will be received by the City’s Project Manager, Bruce Powers, at the Lake Oswego Parks & Recreation Office, 17525 Stafford Road, Lake Oswego, Oregon, 97034 until 2:00 p.m., local time, Bid Closing Time on Thursday, December 16, 2021, and then will be publicly opened and read. Bids will not be accepted after the Bid Closing. Bidders must submit a Bid security to the City along with their Bid in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of their Bid. SCOPE OF WORK: The Work consists of the construction of the Stevens Meadow Trailhead. Work includes but not limited to excavation, embankment, tree removal, storm facilities, AC paving, concrete sidewalk, gravel parking area, coordination of underground utilities for future bathroom and picnic shelter. Project Substantial Completion shall be 165 calendar days from Notice to Proceed and Project Final Completion shall be 14 calendar days from Substantial Completion. The Contract Documents may be reviewed, examined, and copies obtained at the Lake Oswego Parks & Recreation Office, 17525 Stafford Road, Lake Oswego, Oregon, 97034 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays. Copies may be obtained: — In person during business hours from Lake Oswego Parks & Recreation Office, 17525 Stafford Road, Lake Oswego, Oregon, 97034, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $35.00; — By mail to Lake Oswego Parks & Recreation Office above, or upon request (phone: 503.675.2549), upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $35.00, and additional $10.00 to cover postage and handling. — At local Plan Centers; and — Online from the City Planholder’s website, by downloading the Contract Documents at www.ci.oswego.or.us/bids/ To download the Contract Documents, and to receive all notifications, addenda, and view the Planholder’s list, a person or company must create an account and add its individual name or company to the Planholder’s list at www.ci.oswego.or.us/bids/.
