LEGAL PUBLICATION REYNOLDS SCHOOL DISTRICT #7 1204 NE 201st Ave Fairview, Oregon 97024 Reynolds School District #7 is soliciting proposals to establish a contract through fair and competitive negotiations for building renovations at the Edgefield Campus, Buildings I and J (the Project). Project Description: The Reynolds School District is seeking the services of a contractor to renovate two buildings on the Edgefield Campus. The Project will consist of a remodel of the existing kitchen and Board Room in Building I, a remodel of the existing restroom in Building J, and cosmetic upgrades throughout both buildings with new flooring, new LED lighting, and new paint throughout. The contractor shall meet the highest standards prevalent in the industry in providing the appropriate goods and services. Proposals and a copy of the ITB may be obtained from and filed with the District’s Procurement, Contracts and Account Specialist, Lauren Tonn, via email at contracts@rsd7.net. The ITB, questions and addenda are also available on the District’s website: https://www.reynolds.k12.or.us/rfps. The ITB document and addendum will be available on the District’s website until a contract has been awarded to a successful proposer or until such time as this ITB is formally revoked or terminated. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit a Proposal. Proof of Oregon licensing, when required, and adequate professional liability insurance is required for those who will work on the Project. The District reserves the right to reject any Proposal not in compliance with any prescribed public bidding procedure or requirement, and may reject any and all Proposals for good cause upon the District’s finding that it is in the public interest to do so. No Proposal will be received or considered by the District unless the Proposal contains a statement as to whether the Consultant is a resident Consultant as defined in ORS 279A.120. The selection process will be the District’s applicable Board Policies. The District will not be prequalifying proposers under ORS 279B.120. All Proposers responding to the ITB will do so solely at their own expense, and the District is not responsible for any Proposer expenses associated with the ITB.
