CITY OF BANKS PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a virtual public hearing will be held by the City of Banks City Council at or shortly after 7:00 PM on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 to consider the following: Updates to Chapter 2: Public Works Design Manual and Chapter 50: Water in the City Code. These changes to the City code include expansion of low-flow fixture standards and water-efficient landscaping standards in Chapter 50 and minor house-keeping updates to the street design graphics in Appendix A of Chapter 2. A staff report will be available approximately one week prior to the hearing. This is a public meeting where the City Council will take public testimony, deliberate, and consider adopting the changes. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, public hearings will be held virtually via zoom. To provide public testimony during the hearing, you may testify by telephone or Zoom, and all manner of written public comment will be accepted via email.
