SUMMARY STATEMENT FOR RELIEF This is an action for Quiet Title of real property, described as Banner Acres, Lot 17, TL 1100, in Multnomah County, Oregon. Plaintiff is seeking an Order declaring him to be the owner in fee simple, and entitled to possession thereof, free of any estate, title, claim, lien or interest of the defendants or those claiming under the defendants, and quieting title in favor of Plaintiff. Plaintiff asks for such further and additional relief as the Court deems just and equitable.
