DO NOT SUBMIT ANY PRICING WITH YOUR PROPOSAL AS IT WILL LEAD TO DISQUALIFICATION (Qualification Based Selection Process) Price Proposals will be requested at short list announcement. A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will NOT be held. All proposals shall be submitted as set forth in Section 1 (Instructions to Proposers) of the RFP Solicitation Document.
