Boyle, Personal Representative, for an Order to Show Cause, and the Court having considered the allegations set forth in the Motion and Declaration of Vickie L. Directing the issuance of a writ of assistance to the Sheriff of Clackamas County to remove you from the premises located at 35814 SE Surface Road, Estacada, OR 97023, so as to return possession of the premises to the Personal Representative of the Estate of Goldie Marie 3 Boyle. 3. Any such other relief the court deems just and equitable.
