Pursuant to Section 50.45.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following development application is being provided: BAKERY BLOCKS MODIFICATIONS (DR2021-0127/ HR2021-0001) The applicant, KAD LLC, requests approval of a Modification of a Decision of a Historic Review (HR2020-0002). The previous approval included removing the enclosure to the front porch of the historic Robinson House. Due to logistical problems associated with this change, the applicant requests the front porch remain enclosed. The Downtown Design Review Compliance Letter will address the proposed design changes. The site is located at 12375 SW Broadway Street, specifically identified as Tax Lot 06001 on Washington County Tax Assessor’s Map 1S115BB. The subject site is zoned Regional Center- Old Town and is in the Central Beaverton NAC. Any decision on the above development proposal shall be based on the approval criteria contained in the following sections of the Beaverton Development Code: Section 40.03.1 Facilities Review, Section 40.23.15.1.C Downton Design Review Compliance Letter, Section 40.35.15.1.C Historic Review, and Section 50.95 Modification of a Decision. NOTE: The City of Beaverton has declared a State of Emergency due to COVID-19 and the Community Development Division is closed to the public until further notice. Facilities Review Committee Meeting Day: December 29, 2021 The Facilities Review Committee is not a decision-making body but advises the Director and Planning Commission on a project’s conformity to the technical criteria specified in Section 40.03 of the Beaverton Development Code. The Director will include the Committee’s recommendation in the staff report to the decision-making authority. The Facilities Review Committee meeting is open to the public but is not intended for public testimony. A copy of the pre-application conference notes and all other documents and evidence submitted by or on behalf of the applicant, and applicable review criteria, are available for inspection contact the project planner to obtain this information. A copy of the staff report will be available for inspection at no cost at least seven (7) calendar days before the hearing. A copy of any or all materials will be provided at reasonable cost.
