The relief sought by Plaintiff Numerica Credit Union, is for judgment in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant, for the amount of $7,919.48, plus interest, and $14,918.29, plus interest, for Claims of Breach of Contract and Account, relating to Defendant’s use of a VISA LUNA credit card, issued by Plaintiff, and used by Defendant to purchase goods, services and cash advances.
