NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS The Metolius Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing beginning at 6:00 p.m. on December 20, 2021, at the Metolius Train Depot and via Zoom video conferencing platform. The purpose of the Hearing is to consider a Site Plan Approval to establish the necessary facilities to serve 11 platted lots fronting 6th Street. The subject lots are located east of Butte Avenue, between 6th and 7th Streets, legally described as Lots ‘A’-10, Block 43, First Addition to the City of Metolius. All interested are urged to attend.
