AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS AND WORKSHOP NOTICE The City of Gresham & Multnomah County will hold an APPLICATION WORKSHOP for sponsors seeking funds for potential housing and community development projects in Fiscal Year 2022-2023. The workshop will be held remotely via Zoom: Wednesday, January 19, 2022 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Zoom Meeting Link: https://tinyurl.com/22AppWorkshop Phone Access: (253) 215-8782 Meeting ID: 882 9138 6923 Passcode: bu861A The City of Gresham expects that Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME) and Home Investment Partnership American Rescue Plan Program (HOME-ARP) funds will be available; Multnomah County expects to have CDBG funds available. The primary goals of the programs are to enhance viable communities, make public facilities improvements, assist with the rehabilitation and development of appropriate affordable housing, economic development, assist first-time homebuyers and provide limited funds for public services. Workshop topics will include estimated availability of funds, the application and selection process and application criteria. Application packets, criteria and schedules will be available via email. The City of Gresham pre-application is due January 28, 2022 at 5:00pm; applications are due February 18, 2022 by midnight. Multnomah County applications are due at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, February 18, 2022. Funding will be available after July 1, 2022. Translation services & sign language interpretation are available with 48-hour notice.
